SITE PLANNING

A Site Plan is a detailed engineering drawing of proposed improvements to a property.  Site Plans typically provide the general layout of the site which includes the building footprints, parking, roadways, water lines, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and other various items.  What is needed on the Site Plan depends on how detailed the plan needs to be.

Site Plans are a great tool for realtors and real estate companies to show what their property is going to look like to potential buyers or users of their facility.  Sometimes these plans are needed to go through a first meeting with the county.
