Industrial Site Design – Warehouse Additions
Industrial site design typically involves laying out a large warehouse along with several truck docks to be able to unload large tractor trailers in and out of the warehouse. Typically, industrial sites involve different levels of pavement or concrete to make sure it can withstand the weight of the vehicles over time along with larger turning radii for the trucks to be able to maneuver easily on the site. Also involved with these sites includes storm drainage, erosion control, water and sewer design along with regular parking requirements.
Jordan Consulting Engineers has completed work with the following industrial sites: Colonial Marble, Marten Trucking, MBCI, GE Capital, Great Coastal Express, Southeastern Engineering Sales, and the old Circuit City Warehouse.
